Guest Post from a Hasid Neighbor of Yours

I would like to address some misconceptions about us, that I think exists in the mind of some of our neighbors. Maybe I am generalizing a bit, someone correct me if I’m wrong.

We might look to you as all the same, cookie-cutter style. But like you, we come in all shapes, sizes and flavors. As everybody, we have our shortcomings, faults, struggles, passions and temptations. We are as human as anyone out there.

We don’t care what you do in the bedroom, at your parties, tattoo parlors or at the clinic. We respectfully ask, please draw the shades, some things should remain private.

We don’t even care, about the comments on your blogs about your smelly, sweaty neighbors. We wouldn’t mind if this stops, but we have seen worse.

We have no interest in converting you or changing your lifestyle. We just want to live in our outmoded, irrational traditions, and let live. We don’t need help to liberate our woman or educating our kids.

BTW these mouthpieces (ie. Isaac Abraham) are pretending to speak for us. A real job anyone?

Have y’all a wonderful summer

A Hasid Neighbor of yours
